Website Terms

Informational website

This website provides general information about Safe Haven Therapy. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for services from a qualified professional. Using the site or sending an inquiry does not by itself create a therapist-client relationship.

Emergencies

The website and inquiry form are not monitored for emergencies. In the United States, call 911 for an immediate emergency or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Outside the United States, contact the local emergency service or crisis line.

Eligibility and availability

Virtual services are limited to clients physically located in a jurisdiction where the clinician is authorized to practice at the time of the session. Availability, fees, insurance participation, and clinical fit can change and must be confirmed before care.

External services and results

Alma, insurers, directories, and social platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not guarantee their availability or accuracy. Therapy outcomes vary, and website content does not promise a particular result.

Acceptable use and content

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or abusive material. Unless otherwise indicated, website text, branding, and original media may not be republished for commercial use without permission.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated, with the effective date identifying the current version. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
