Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a unique healing environment where you can connect with others who share similar experiences in their trauma recovery journey. Healing from trauma can feel isolating, but you don't have to walk this path alone. Our trauma-focused groups provide a supportive community where your experiences are understood and validated, led by experienced trauma specialists who combine evidence-based therapeutic approaches with the powerful healing that comes from peer connection.

Each group is intentionally small and structured to ensure everyone feels safe and supported. Through carefully facilitated discussions and trauma-informed activities, we move at a pace that honors each person's healing journey, incorporating grounding techniques and emotional regulation skills. Whether you're just beginning to process your experiences or continuing your path of recovery, our groups offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Survivors of Domestic Violence Support Group

A trauma-informed support group for survivors of domestic violence, focusing on safety, empowerment, and healing in a confidential and understanding environment.

  • Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
  • 12-week commitment
  • Limited to 8 participants
  • Closed group format for enhanced safety and trust
  • Pre-group consultation required

Early Childhood Trauma Recovery Group

A supportive group for adults healing from childhood trauma. Using a gentle, trauma-informed approach, we explore patterns, build coping skills, and work towards reconnection with self and others.

  • Tuesdays, 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
  • 16-week program
  • Limited to 8 participants
  • Pre-group consultation required

Cost & Insurance

We believe that healing should be accessible to everyone. Our group therapy sessions are offered on a sliding scale basis to accommodate different financial situations. We also accept most major insurance plans. During your pre-group consultation, we'll discuss the payment options that work best for you.
